Session Costs as at Nov 2007 - £ 4.00 payable at reception
Sessions start 1200hrs prompt and finishes at 1400hrs
Parents must sign their children out
Parents are encouraged to watch their children train
Each session consists of 1 hour dry side followed by 1 hour swim.
All sessions are structured
Every session includes games both dry side and in the pool
